Shared spaces, without the caretaker’s notebook

Every building has spaces that everyone shares and no one quite manages: the laundry, the meeting room, the rooftop, the guest parking. Left to a paper sheet by the lift or a message to the caretaker, they turn into small daily frictions, double bookings, arguments, a room “reserved” by someone who never turned up.

Condovise turns every shared space into something residents can book from their phone, with rules the agency sets once and the app enforces every time.

One feature, four booking modes

Not every amenity works the same way, so Condovise offers four modes. The agency picks the one that fits each space.

Time-slot

For amenities used by one booking at a time, a squash court, a meeting room, a guest suite. Residents pick an available slot, and once it is taken, it is gone. No overlaps, no “I thought it was mine”.

Capacity

For shared spaces that hold a set number of people at once, a gym, a pool, a coworking corner. Bookings are accepted up to the capacity limit and then close, so the space never overflows.

Order with catalogue

For amenities that come with things to choose from. The resident books and selects from a catalogue, think a rooftop hire with a list of add-ons, or a service with options to pick. The booking captures both the reservation and what was ordered.

Info

For spaces that residents need to understand but not reserve. The amenity is described (hours, rules, how to use it) with no slots to book. It is the right mode for anything shared but always open.

Less back-and-forth, more control

For residents, booking is a few taps in their own space rather than a call to an office that may not pick up. For the agency, each amenity is defined once (its mode, its rules) and then residents self-serve within those rules. You lose the phone tag, not the control.

Amenity bookings sit naturally alongside condo management: the same building, the same residents, the same app. Tenants who arrived through rental management get amenities as part of the same resident space, with nothing extra to install.

Built for the way people live

Bookings are mobile-first and made to work on a modest connection, because residents book from a phone, not a desk. Whether you run one building or a whole portfolio, amenities carry across every property you manage.

A shared space only works when the rules are clear and the booking is honest. Condovise makes both automatic.

Four modes, any amenity

Time-slot, capacity, order-with-catalogue or plain info, pick the mode that fits the space, from a squash court to the laundry to the rooftop.

Booked from the phone

Residents reserve what they need in a few taps, without calling the office or catching the caretaker at the right moment.

No double bookings

The rules for each amenity are enforced as residents book, so two people never end up holding the same slot or overflowing a room's capacity.

Clear for managers

The agency defines each amenity once and lets residents self-serve, cutting the back-and-forth without losing control.

Frequently asked questions

What are the four booking modes for? +

Each mode fits a different kind of amenity, time-slot for spaces used one booking at a time, capacity for shared rooms with a headcount limit, order for amenities with a catalogue of items, and info for spaces that need to be described but not reserved.

Can residents book without going through the manager? +

Yes. Once the agency has set up an amenity and its mode, residents book directly from their space, which removes the phone calls and messages while keeping the manager's rules in force.

Is this only for luxury buildings? +

No. An amenity can be anything shared, a laundry room, a meeting room, a rooftop, a sports court or a guest parking bay. The four modes cover both simple and elaborate setups.
