Data controller

Condovise publishes and operates the Condovise app and the condovise.com website. For any question about your personal data: contact@condovise.com.

Data we collect

• Account: your email and name (required), your phone number (optional).
• Management: the information you enter about your residence, home, documents and messages within the app.
• Approximate location: only with your permission, to locate the residence and nearby points of interest, and for the presence proof of security patrols.
• Photos and camera: with your permission, for your avatar, incident and listing photos, and scanning visitor QR codes.
• Payments: handled directly by our provider Stripe. We never store your card numbers.
• Technical data: notification token, device identifier and operational logs needed to run the service.

Why we use it

• Provide the service and manage your account (performance of the contract).
• Process rent, charges and payments through Stripe (performance of the contract).
• Send you useful notifications — new mail, incident, message from the manager (legitimate interest, can be turned off).
• Location and camera (your consent, revocable at any time in your phone settings).

Sharing with third parties

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (hosting and database, in the European Union), Stripe (payments), Apple and Google (“Sign in with Apple / Google” and push notifications). We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.

Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, it is erased, except where a legal obligation requires keeping certain records (for example accounting documents).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, port and object to the processing of your data. You can delete your account directly from the app, or write to us at contact@condovise.com. If you live in the European Union, you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is partitioned by database-level security rules (each user only reaches what concerns them), and our providers apply their own security standards.

Children

Condovise is intended for adults managing or living in a home. The app is not directed to anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date shown at the top of the page indicates the latest version.
