The gate logbook is a security hole
The paper logbook at the gate is a familiar sight, and a weak one. Names are scribbled, hard to read, and impossible to verify. Anyone can claim to be expected. And when a cleaner or a driver comes every week, the same ritual repeats, with no real control over who actually has access.
Condovise replaces the logbook with QR access codes. The resident decides who comes in, and when, and security simply checks a code.
Guests and staff, each with the right access
The resident generates a code for two kinds of visitor:
- A guest, expected on specific dates and hours.
- A household staff member, given recurring access over a defined window.
The code is shown at the gate from a phone, and security verifies it in a second.
Access that expires on its own
The real risk with access is not granting it, it is forgetting to take it away. Here every code carries a validity window and switches to expired automatically when it passes. There is no lingering access, and nothing to remember to disable.
A calmer, safer entrance
For security, checking a code is faster and far more reliable than reading a name off a page. For the resident, granting and tracking access takes seconds, and sits alongside amenity bookings and resident messaging in the same everyday app.
