The front-desk logbook, finally reliable
In most buildings, incoming mail lives in a paper notebook (or in someone’s memory). A parcel arrives, it is set aside, and the resident only finds out days later, if at all. When something goes missing, no one can say when it came in or who took it.
Condovise replaces that notebook with a traceable mailroom. Every letter and parcel is logged against the recipient’s unit the moment it arrives, and followed all the way to pickup.
Logged, notified, collected
The flow is simple and leaves no gap:
- The front desk logs the item (letter, registered mail or parcel) against the resident’s unit.
- The resident is notified straight away and knows something is waiting.
- At pickup, the resident presents a code, and the item is handed over and marked collected.
A pickup code that ends disputes
The weak point of any mailroom is the handover. A parcel given to the wrong person is a problem no apology fixes. A pickup code ties each item to its recipient, so security hands it to the right person without checking a name against a list.
Part of the resident experience
Mail and parcels sit naturally alongside the rest of daily life in the building. Paired with resident messaging, the front desk can flag an unusual delivery, and residents keep a single place for everything that concerns their home.
